The improvement in my movement and flexibility was considerate after 5 sessions. I went from potential surgery to being able to cope with the pain and restart normal activities which had ceased.
Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, kind and considerate and I felt motivated to make best use of the sessions I had by doing quality exercises in between the sessions.
In hospital very quick but took long time to queue and pay for parking.
Went to the wrong car park first of all. Instructions should be clearer on where to park, you can't read wraps whilst driving!
Fast and efficient. Suggested timescale to pay for parking.
Direct and very professional and very experienced.
I have been needing help with my back problem most of my life. I feel BOH is not finally giving me that help and I feel they do a great job. Hardly any waiting around which is good and the doctors and nurses are very good and caring and polite friendly people.
Excellent all round.
No improvement needed.
Perfect care today.
Staff very kind, pleasant and high standard of care at all levels from consultant and surgeons on after care.
Appointment system needs improvement was initially offered 2 weeks appointment at 6 weeks and 6 week appointment at nearly 7 months!
